These cookies are delicious, nutritious and definitely soothe the sweet craving.

If you want something more decadent, add ice cream or whipped cream or both! Hey- I don’t judge.


  • 1 scoop almond butter
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1/8 cup raisins (which is just half of a ¼ cup)
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chips

Mix almond butter and oats together. Add in raisins and chocolate chips.

Chill for 20 minutes.

Serve immediately or cover and freeze for later for up to 3 months.

If you are eating a frozen one, let it defrost on the counter for about 5 minutes.
